You bring your dog in at your appointment time, hand them over, and we'll contact you when they're finished and ready to go. Most grooms are done within a few hours, though that varies by breed and coat condition.
It depends on the size, coat type, and what service they're booked for. We'll give you an estimated window when you drop off, and we'll call or text when your dog is done.
We require dogs to be current on rabies, distemper, and bordetella (kennel cough) vaccinations. Please bring documentation or have your vet's records ready to share.
We move at the dog's pace and don't force anything. If your dog has had difficult grooms in the past, let us know when you book so we can plan accordingly.
We use professional-grade shampoos suited to different coat types and skin sensitivities. If your dog has a known allergy or skin condition, tell us before the appointment and we'll make sure we have something appropriate.
We ask for reasonable notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations and no-shows affect other dogs who could have had that slot, so we do have a policy in place — contact us and we'll walk you through it.
